Nice rent stabilized apartments.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good condition apartments, well maintained, under $2k/month for a real 1-bedroom, responsive management company. Was at the back of the building so had a huge kitchen with a big window. Great heating.
Cons:
Very little hot water, I take a lot of luke warm showers. I was at the back of the building so my bedroom didn’t have a window and was very small. I had a mouse problem for the first 6 months until I finally found a mouse repellant that worked.
Advice to owner:
Provide more hot water!
