Great doormen, nice amenities, always very clean
Cons:
The owner was sometimes slow to respond

Pros:
Finishings. Garage attachment.
Cons:
Heating/AC is horrible. Hear other tenants and people in hall easily. Supers not great. Building charges you for everything. Not that friendly.
Advice to owner:
Get better brokers.
