It’s ok for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Water included, good neighbors, not loud, free competitive parking, stores are convenient
Cons:
Rats everywhere at night Roaches Floors have holes in them Low water pressure No laundry
Advice to owner:
Spray for roaches, better trash cans, deposit payments faster, fix water pressure, clean the vacant houses better
