Liveable, cold, smell weed sometimes

High ceiling, washing machine in basement, you could put ur bike in basement

Old type steam heater, noisy and not warm at all , no washing dishes machine, small sink in the kitchen, in the bathroom, the sink is small but acceptable because you just use it for brushing teeth, but its very low ( about 40inch height) My whole room smell like weed sometimes when some group of people smoking near the building , they also turn on loud music but occasionally
Advice to owner:
Put camera in the hall and basement for security, the phone door is not working, replace heating system because it gonna colder and colder every year
