Affordable and quiet. Management responds to issues pretty quickly
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived here for three years. Unit was facing inner courtyard and was very quiet. Rent was reasonable. Installed security cameras after receiving security complaints. The building is close to everything midtown can offer. Pretty safe neighborhood.
Cons:
They’re was some rodent issue before I moved out. Which is very common in old buildings like this. There was leaking from ceiling. But the roof was repaired within a week. Overall pretty decent management quality at this price.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work Improve the aging building parts

Overall positive experience for a low price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice intercom system, minimal pests during my three years there, lots of windows, overall decent apartment for the price
Cons:
Non-responsive management company, hallways not taken care of
Advice to owner:
It should be more clear who to reach out to for repairs, questions about the lease, problems, etc. and the landlord should be more responsive regarding lease renewals and move out questions
