Former Tenant
Pros:
Big sized apartments, friendly neighborhood good area for 🐶 run if you see an off leash.
Cons:
I had experiencing a lot of distress in my living environment at 2260 ollinville. There were numerous individuals using drugs, with someone shooting up at the entrance almost every day. Drunk people frequently break the glass door at the entrance, and there are many individuals struggling with mental health issues. I had to move after one person with (mental issues)knocked on my door while holding kitchen knives. This situation has caused me severe anxiety. Had to move ASAP. Also severe roach infestation in this building.
Advice to owner:
Get a better security system, have a code for both doors or a lock.

It’s Home Though
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rooms are spacious. Not too many people hang out in the front. My apartment came with a pantry. 2 way in and out kitchen. Next to the 2 train and lots of stores.
Cons:
Lobby of building is not really cleaned and kept up properly. Heat isn’t good in the winter. Used to have a really bad roach/mice infestation. You do get occasional water bugs and centipedes. Contractors they send to do fix up jobs aren’t always the best. A woman who’s been living here
for years that occasionally screams out the window at 3AM lol. Parking in the area isn’t good.
