New Management Leaves Something to be Desired
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building itself if beautiful and I lived in a rent stabilized apartment there. Neighbors were great!
Cons:
The new management company gutted all the apartments and severely underheated the building in the winter. They were unresponsive to calls to turn the heat up.
