Pros:
Conveniently located near everything you need
Cons:
Everything else. The owners have let the building go to hell and won’t do anything about it. Renting apartments to drug dealers and users.
Advice to owner:
Sell it to someone who cares

My apartment is great abeit: infested to the core.
Cons:
Everything. Infestation. Filthy. Terrible neighbors. Service terrible neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Security measures 100 percent. Better maintenance personnel.
