Quiet, No Major Headaches

Pros:
It's a very quiet and residential street, close to Food Bazaar just down the street, which is super convenient. The management company likes to do things above board and is usually fairly responsive about issues. Stress-free rental.
Cons:
The vinyl floorboards on the bottom floors were improperly put in when they gut renovated the apartment, which means they have a tendency to buckle and bend.

management responsive. close to 6. garbage collected frequently.
Cons:
as of may 2022 residents of 2A noisy as hell. for example blasting TV until 6 am while unit was empty. one example of many.
