Not that great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Parking garage, patio
Cons:
Nosey neighbors, loud, dated, weed smell throughout apartment. Excessive bird droppings, rules dated for old people.
Advice to owner:
Property management needs to update the place. Elevators are slow, the lobby is from the 70s. The place has old hospital vibes to it.

Please stay away
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the mall, patio area, my landlord was great.
Cons:
Nosey neighbors, smoke travels through ventilation it ALWAYS smells like pot, always cold, elevators always broke, human feces on floor in lobby. Too many old people, dirty neighbors. The heat on the first floor is terrible. Electric bills in the high $500 in the winter. Property management is worthless
Advice to owner:
The rules here are made for senior citizens. You can’t do any work after 4pm. That’s all good for retired folk who are home all day but the rest of us who work have no other choice.
