Very very Unsafe

Pros:
literally no pros. can not list 1
Cons:
Had multiple break-ins and refused to do anything about it. A previous tenant who still had the front door key it break into the basement. Only after multiple complaints and threatening to not pay rent for living in an unsafe and unlivable did they install a camera.

if 2 water sources were being used the same time (shower, kitchen sink) the pipes would rattle and make a lot of notice.

Super was always very rude

rent profit over people - same old landlord bs

Pros:
it was pretty clean and they always shoveled the snow asap. any maintenance issues was handled within 24 hours.
Cons:
they raised our rent by 40% and refused to negotiate with us and then harassed me to move out.
