Pros:
It's close to a major avenue for shopping and trains and busses are close
Cons:
The management has let the building go from decent to bad. I would strongly recommend not staying here.

Respond to the numerous housing code violations you have and make quality repairs

They renovate every apartment after each tenant with new fridge and new stove…

If you want to smell piss the whole year long, this is the place to be
Laundry didnt work since the day i moved in nov 2021

Ban dogs
