Solid Inexpensive Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
A great deal, really solid apartment.
Cons:
The building management is extremely cheap and tends not to send qualified professionals to fix problems.

Cheap you get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap, that’s it.
Cons:
Poorly maintained Many corners cut to turn over apts Unsealed walls and entryways so cold air constantly gets in Roach and rat constantly popping up
Advice to owner:
Put more effort in taking care of your building and tenants rather than taking their money and giving them a broken box with a roof
