Good for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good for the price, great location, spacious enough for a couple, new appliances.
Cons:
Thin walls. Landlord is very slow to respond to repairs. Hot water cuts out every shower, lots of rats (like A LOT) by the building entrance, the building’s front door lock has been broken for months, mailbox is broken, packages get stolen, dirty vestibule, and they’re very slow to clear snow etc.
Advice to owner:
Respond to repair requests and actually fix things. You don’t seem to care at all.

Fine for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good size apartment for the cost
Pest control comes once a month
Cons:
Management is very slow to respond to issues
Apartment door is not self closing
Apartment smoke alarms are defective
Building does not have a buzzer so it's difficult to receive packages
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive with tenants
Make necessary fixes to be compliant with fire safety guidelines
