Horrible experience, do not move there

Pros:
Stayed for 10 years in that building. Not once I was happy with it but was trying to save up some money.
Nothing good to say to be hones
Cons:
The building was infestated with cockroaches and bed bugs, Id find new bugs every day. The neighbors are extremely loud and noisy, the cops would come often to check on the tenants who would not keep it down.
The cherry on top is the landlord Michele Matura. She is extremely rude, unresponsive, and extremely manipulative. Did not return the security deposit after I moved even though she promised she would return. I tired to sue her but had other obligations and just left it alone.
Did not make any repairs to the apartment, and would take forever to fix the broken stuff around the house. Had to em

Pros:
there are no pros to this building
Cons:
where to begin, the roach infestation of the apartments is beyond out of control. the owner is non responsive for repairs. there are so many leaks throughout the building there are new cracks forming in the ceiling and walls almost daily.the super has a huge doberman that barks constantly at all hours and has free roam of the back area and occasionally the lobby which is frightening.
Advice to owner:
I suggest making repairs.
