Reviews

Great place overall!

Former Tenant
Pros:
Really clean, good garbage management, good neighbors. I only saw one rat throughout NY whole duration of staying there, which by New York standards is impeccable. The landlords are nice too.
Cons:
There are several bars nearby so it can noisy at night, but nothing too bad.
