Management company is not great.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and size of the apartments are pretty great. for the most part no problems. When i did have problems super was as helpful as he could be.
Cons:
Loud Bar next door. Also they doubled my rent forcing me out and then never rented the unit for another two years. then there was a "fire" so everyone was forced to leave. They also owned the building that collapsed two doors down and is now an empty lot. theyve been trying to by the bar in between for years so they can build massive condos
Advice to owner:
be better

Nice apt, Awful Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice apartment, in unit W/D, fun neighborhood
Cons:
No elevator, loud (but fun) neighborhood, constant water/mold issues, disorganized management, have to reach out multiple times, after speaking with neighbors, everybody needs to call 311 in order to get a response from management. Sari does not care about your issues.
Advice to owner:
Don’t think it matters, but hire people who are more professional. Sari is rude, disorganized and seems to hate her job.

Looks elsewhere
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively inexpensive for the location
Cons:
It's nearly impossible to speak to management/landlord (I've never spoken with them after repeated attempts at calling, only ever via non-replyable emails that they send). They drag their feet on repairs, have had issues with heat, and attempt shady dealings with lease renewals.
Advice to owner:
Do better to care about the units and the building -- it's very clear you only want to collect payment from your tenants and that's going to backfire.
