The super is horrible he gets drunk beat his is wife don’t like fixing. Anything

Pros:
The only pros are they are some nice ppl that lives in the building and it’s close to a lot of trains and buses
Cons:
It’s had bed bugs rats they don’t clean the building the superintendent is very rude no hot water building is very dirty the lighting to the building is horrible please don’t move here. They go up on your rent every year
Advice to owner:
Fix your problems in your building they need to shut y’all down ASAP and I hope y’all have move everyone in all of y’all buildings

Pros:
Very quiet, nice neighbors, awesome and responsive Supe, felt safe
Cons:
Could not get rid of roaches, shower constantly backed up, very dark in the back lower floors, cheaply made kitchen drawers kept breaking
Advice to owner:
Every apartment in that building needs to be treated for roaches as some of the neighbors are not clean. You really need to reinforce the cabinetry in the kitchen.
