It ok for the neighborhood

Pros:
Spaceflight, patio, nice neighbors
Cons:
Pest, dirty, no mantanace, lots of wall pealing, no heat, needs fixing in all the house
Advice to owner:
If you fix the problems you will not be spending your money in court

No heat here,heats comes in for 10 mins then off again

Stop being a slumlord and actually maintain the building and tend to resident needs. If you can't do that, you don't need to own it.
