Pros:
The heat and hot water are outstanding. The building is clean, the elevator is new and fast.
Cons:
The floors squeak and creek like nothing I have ever experienced before. Even if you tiptoe around in bare feet, you are making too much noise.
Advice to owner:
Fix the floors

Pros:
I grew up in this place! I really loved it. The people are friendly and the neighborhood is nice. The water pressure was great.
Cons:
Construction was the only con. Don’t think there’s construction in the area anymore.
