Basic rent stable conditions
Former Tenant
Pros:
Right across from park and very close to subway. Most neighbors are nice and respectful. Price is great, rent stable
Cons:
Super not helpful. Hard to get replacement appliances. Took months to repair things. A few unseemly neighbors. Packages get stolen.
Advice to owner:

Dirty and old
Former Tenant
Pros:
Next to city college and Nicolas park, close to b/c train. Decent neighborhood, mixed culture
Cons:
Dirty, rats and roaches, neglecting property owners and super, lazy building workers, old breaking down building. No security cameras, constant theft, broken glass, and mailboxes. Stolen packages.
Advice to owner:
Fix the building and apartments and get some workers who actually clean and do work in the building.
