Great clean and friendly place to live.

Pros:
Great clean place.
Cons:
A little bit of a pest problem. Not bad though.
Advice to owner:
Clean garbage shoots more and manage heating better.

Renovations and Extermination

Pros:
Good neighborhood, clean building, nice staff.
Cons:
Roaches and outdated. Bathrooms need to be renovated. Renovations or custodian labor need to be reviewed or pass quality control system.
Advice to owner:
Inspect and Review the paint jobs, the installation of cabinets, update light and lamps need to change to Environmental energy saver choices and more modern. Quality control system need to be in place. Bathrooms and kitchen need to be updated. Pest control need to be done twice a week.
