Lazy Super should be more active
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious big apartments are rare to find these days
Cons:
No elevators, homeless people come up and out dirty the hallways. Hallways should be cleaner and mopped regularly
Advice to owner:
Have the super please regularly clean the floors, he gets a homeless man to clean the floors

Need repairs
Former Tenant
Pros:
We have good neighbors. On my floor we watch over each other. They keep it ok but the janitor doesn’t mop the building right. All I all the building is not bad. I feel save here. It’s a quiet building.
Cons:
Dirty, rodents, floors has holes. Apartment is not leveled it’s slathered. They keep the area of the garbage a mess. They don’t give heat after 900 pm mostly on weekends.
Advice to owner:
Take care of repairs, and give us heat as you suppose to. You ah e tour meter in your office and give heat when ever. Eleven though you have been pretty good this year 2021 with heat, except at night for the last three weeks.
