Quiet and quaint area, not the best management
Pros
Nice neighbors; close to many shops, dry cleaner, and a beautiful park; walls were pretty sound proof (both within the apt and between apts); lots of light coming in through the windows
Cons
Management lectures you when you call them (overbearing conversation style); took many phone calls to get repairs done; overpriced laundry in adjacent building; elevator broke regularly; garbage is far away; roaches even on a high floor (not an infestation but we would see them regularly in the summer months); hallway often smelled like smoke
