Good Value but

Pros:
Great space in apartments and floor to ceiling windows
Great proximity to G, L, and J/M
Beautiful rooftop and nice industrial interiors
Cons:
Pretty thin walls - I can consistently hear my neighbors alarm going off or conversations
Build is pretty filthy - management never cleans the laundry room and most common spaces
Management is pretty unresponsive, can take several weeks to handle maintenance tickets
Laundry machines are often not working or eat quarters
Elevator frequently goes out
Poor insulation and big spaces makes it hard and expensive to heat and and cool
