Pros
I lives here for 7 years and never saw one mice or roach. The doorman are great and so is the package system
Cons
I did see a water bug in the laundry room once but never again. I will say the roof is infested with waterbugs when it is dark
Difficult owner for Apt 10E

the building is nice and well maintain, the staff is very good
Cons
the owner of Apt 10E is difficult and not honest. she enter the apartment with out my approval and even disconnect my security camera. as I left before the official end of my lease, she already rented and the new tenant move in and she refuse to reimburse me for the few days which overlap. also, it took almost 2 months to get my deposit back after I contacted the owner multiple time and text message. only when I mentioned i was going to contact a lawyer with the official law text, she reimbursed me...
