Great place to live

Pros:
I lives here for 7 years and never saw one mice or roach. The doorman are great and so is the package system
Cons:
I did see a water bug in the laundry room once but never again. I will say the roof is infested with waterbugs when it is dark

Difficult owner for Apt 10E

the building is nice and well maintain, the staff is very good
Cons:
the owner of Apt 10E is difficult and not honest.
she enter the apartment with out my approval and even disconnect my security camera.
as I left before the official end of my lease, she already rented and the new tenant move in and she refuse to reimburse me for the few days which overlap.
also, it took almost 2 months to get my deposit back after I contacted the owner multiple time and text message.
only when I mentioned i was going to contact a lawyer with the official law text, she reimbursed me...

Be honest!

mostly great, would live there again

Pros:
doormen are so nice, the rooftop is great, location is great, apartment it self is very spacious (huge bedrooms) and it’s pet friendly. neighbors are all super nice.
Cons:
there are cockroaches in the building even the higher floors. for some reason as soon as the weather gets warm there are tons of flies in the lobby - gross.

The building itself was great, the doormen were organized and kind for the most part. Laundry on most floors, mail room, good location, great deli accords street. A really sweet roof too!
Cons:
We rented a condo on an upper floor, won’t name which apartment for reasons but our specific landlord was the worst. Non-responsive to issues, and when we left they blamed us for damage already there when we moved in. Basically stole a chunk of our security deposit, nothing we could do. B careful and take photos of the place if are renting any unit just in case.

Big, clean apartment with laundry in building and attentive staff
Cons:
34th St can be a busy thoroughfare but the convenience of the bus just outside the building was great!
