Building needs a complete makeover/renovation

Pros:
Rent is cheap and one of the few affordable places in Bedstuy and near Utica Avenue Train Station and Restaurants
Cons:
Roaches became an issue over time. Every once in awhile you’ll get a flying water bug that come up through the water pipes at night. The windows are old and falling apart
Advice to owner:
The building is old and outdated and in serious need of renovating

Cheap (that’s it)
Cons:
Loud, steep stairs. Mail outside building with no mail boxes. No security/fire door. Tiny closets. Old windows that don’t shut. Microscopic bathrooms. No water pressure. Sloppy super. Cabinets falling apart. Cheap linoleum flooring over decomposing hard wood floors. The entire building slants to the middle. Old or non existent appliances. Non working fireplace that just takes up room.
Advice to owner:
Property needs to be gutted and reframed
