Decent but can be better

Pros:
Nice size studios cleaned up regularly for most part
Cons:
MICE. Also getting any type of things fixed n your apt can take forever. Sometimes superintendent just forgets your issue. Although he’ has a lot to deal with

They are not afraid to turn on the heat.
Cons:
Mice! Neighbors party and fight all the time. We were out of gas for 4 months. Apartments are not require maintenance, it will take a while for you to get a response
