Bed bugs in 2025 - I kept asking management to go out and hire a bed bug sniffing dog or anything more intensive to treat the issue. Instead, I got one guy coming every two weeks with a spray can who would spray my mattress and surrounding areas with harsh chemicals. Even after treatment once every two weeks, more bedbug bites over and over. They never bothered to try any treatment stronger than just a guy with a spray can, even though I asked.
Nice new building
Pros
I was one of the first tenants in the building. As a new build, it’s clean and comfortable. The doormen are nice, packages and deliveries are handled well, and really no complaints other than a few inconveniences. I don’t hear my neighbors of any construction.
Cons
The elevators are annoying cus there are only two (including freight elevator). Also, there are some spots in the unit where you can notice that they used cheap material.
