A very NY experience

Pros:
Location, live in super is amazing, price for location
Cons:
building is old, pests were a problem in common areas but not my apartment, noise from busy street

Pros:
Near everything, whisper quiet (only as we were at the back of the building)
Cons:
There is a hoarder in the building. There were mice. For 3 weeks of our year at the apartment.
Advice to owner:
Give the place an upgrade.
