Cute building…

Pros:
Great neighbors. Everyone is pretty friendly and respectful of privacy.
Cons:
You hear every step in the apartment above. Getting regular maintenance work done is difficult.
Advice to owner:
Please do better on maintenance.

Decent for a walk up building

good location, decent condition all things considered
Cons:
Had several times during the past year without hot water in the morning
There are some modify neighbors, but it is it all the time.
