Extra spacious, sunny one-bedroom with high ceilings, classic picture frame moldings on the walls, and beautiful hardwood floors. Southern exposure, overlooking 43rd Ave.

The kitchen floor has plenty of cabinet storage and counter space as well as full-size modern appliances, including a dishwasher. The kitchen could also fit a small table or a hightop. The living room is very large with room to put in a dining table.

The bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed (pictured), but could easily fit a king. There are three spacious closets in the apartment, one in the bedroom and two in the hallway. There is also a built-in shoe rack in the entryway.

The Building
This pre-war co-op building is full of charm and history. It is located on the desirable North side of Sunnyside near Sunnyside Gardens. The lobby features the original design and style and the building overall is extremely well-maintained. It is an elevator building that features a large laundry room and a bike storage area. It is located 3 blocks from the 7 train at 40th St.

The Neighborhood
Sunnyside is home to many great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and tree-lined streets. There is a large playground, dog park and recreational park at the end of the block, as well as a Saturday farmer's market. It takes 20 min to get to midtown and in addition to the 7 line, there are several convenient buses to get quickly into Manhattan and around Queens.
