I like the older building charm and the fob locked door

I did not like that our ceiling leaked for 2 months and we had to call multiple times for it to eventually be fixed
Advice to owner:
Fire the building manager and hire someone who won’t scream at your tenants

good price for area maintenance of building is solid washer/dryer in most units
Cons:
maintenance repairs are slow. took us months to fix a leaky roof mosquito issue during late summer months
Advice to owner:
improve maintenance repair requests for individual tenants
