great management and great area. Super responsive to issues (dealing with pests, fixing water, etc).

Maintenance is awesome. Haven’t had any pest issues. Rooftop is such a nice amenity.

Weird water maintenance about 2x/month where they shut it off for hours but otherwise no significant cons.

Have lived here 3 years and has been great! The unit is great and modern for East Village. Doormen friendly. AMAZINGGGG view on roof. Pelotons in gym a plus (otherwise old equipment). No laundry machine issues.

More minor but have a few. Migrant reticketed center across street has caused a bit of unrest. Building skews younger/post-grad so can be rowdy at times especially on roof. Management is sort of hard to reach easily. Kind of pricey, Doormen friendly but they aren't super strict about who they let in so safety could be concern for some but have never had issues.

The rooftop views are unbeatable and I really enjoyed my time living here.

The units are all mostly flexed, making some bedrooms really small and closet space tight

Had issues with appliances & toilet. They would fix it but not well, causing us to have them repair multiple times etc

So many amenities (and don't typically have the issue of too many people trying to use them), great maintenance team, nice size apartments with updated features.

It is a BIG building, so we have had major issues that were addressed immediately but if it is not an emergency things are put on the back burner.

We had our toilet flood our bathroom twice and both times someone was up immediately to fix it. As well, we had a mouse and they came up immediately and set traps but never came back to fill the hole.

Some of the machines in the gym have never worked
