Worst Building Ever/Most Roaches Ever Award
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location/cheap rent/polite though unresponsive owners.
Cons:
Literally everything. More roaches than I have seen in my entire life combined. More Noise than you will ever hear. disrespectful NYU children tenants and Old creeper tenants. Unsafe vestibule with no buzzer.
Advice to owner:
Change literally everything and stop owning properties on your way out

Hell to the no
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rent was cheap
Cons:
The smallest apt in nyc. I could touch both walls by standing in the middle of the room and stretching my arms out. No buzzer for the front door. Some people had to share bathrooms that were in the hallway.
Advice to owner:
Stop dividing up the teeny Apts to make even smaller units.
