Great location, but not worth it in the long run
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location- right across the street from central park and close to the subway.
Cons:
Had mice (multiple sightings) and cockroaches and ownership did very little to help us. Not rent stabilized- they increased our rent by 20% from year 2 to year 3. Thin walls and squeaky floors, can pretty much hear when the upstairs or next door neighbor was playing music, playing with their pet, arguing, etc. Our bathroom ceiling (above the toilet) collapsed at one point and it took them almost a week to fix it fully and very little concessions on rent from that. Management is NO help and you should probably look elsewhere if possible.
