People who don’t live in the building somehow find their way in which could be a hassle at timed

Was the only great building on the avenue
Cons:
Traffic of people at all times of the night and morning. Garbage in the hallways, outside the building. Loud music, smoking, sleeping in hallways. It’s ridiculous

Please watch the people you move in the building. It’s like a crack building. It’s terrible

$$ value , Good neighbors , Good building management(excluding manger)
Cons:
No live in superintendent. Not easy good to contact office always a machine. This building manager needs to be fired no people skills

Make it easier to speak to person to person when having issues in building

The location is close to Grand Concourse and the Cross Bronx. Easy access to buses and subways.
Cons:
Poor building upkeep conditions Slow maintenance Poor safety (building’s main entrance door does not lock) Constant issues of no water or heat Lots of thin walls and floors Lots of noise Issues with pests

The build needs to be renovated
