The neighbors of this building are wonderful -- we have a group chat for shared issues that we're having in the building, which largely revolve around how horrible building management is.
Arya Management is potentially one of the worst building management groups of NYC. They will intentionally not service maintenance requests, and are silently encourage package thefts from the building.
