Responsive Building Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The live-in Super Sam is great. He has helped fix many broken things in my apartment over the years. The building is owned by a management company and they are very responsive in resolving issues along with any required maintenance as soon as it is brought to their attention. This is a great building to live in.
Cons:
The interior paint work is getting old and needs to be refreshed. Packages are often stolen and no security cameras have been installed.
Advice to owner:
Renovate the interior entrance on the ground floor

Friendly & well maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
Superintendent is very attentive and so are the property management. They are always quick to respond to any issues raised.
Cons:
The ground floor entrance could do with an update
Advice to owner:
Please update the ground floor entrance. It is looking old and outdated.
