Good Apartment, Minimal Cons
Pros
Landlord is very responsive. Pest control visits bi-monthly. I had no issues with bugs or rats. Hallways/stairs get cleaned weekly. Super is on-site.
Cons
Though super is on-site, it was a little difficult at times to get a hold of them.

Pros
average walk up. rent pretty cheap for most of the city. not many complaints. would recommend this place if you dont need certain amenities
Cons
no laundry in unit. walk up with no doorman. neighbors play loud music
