Good Apartment, Minimal Cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord is very responsive.
Pest control visits bi-monthly. I had no issues with bugs or rats.
Hallways/stairs get cleaned weekly.
Super is on-site.
Cons:
Though super is on-site, it was a little difficult at times to get a hold of them.
