Fair easy going landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great, the apartments are massive, building is sturdy prewar so don't hear neighbors. The apartment layouts are smart- my living room shares a wall with my neighbors living room. I hate when bedroom walls are shared! This is during the pandemic and the landlord has worked with us to recommend city programs if needed and has been patient with payments. Usually responsive to repairs. The building has a courtyard which has been great for my puppy and lounging.
Cons:
The common space could use updating but not a big deal. The piping is old and so every other month I usually need to Draino the tub for better drainage-but to be expected from a prewar building.
Advice to owner:
None. Good management overall

Pretty good apartment in a great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well located, not too many issues
Cons:
A little lacking in sunlight but not bad
Advice to owner:
Probably good to invest a bit into making sure water pressure is good everywhere, no issues otherwise
