Dirty and noisy
Former Tenant
Pros:
The heat provided in the building has gotten better throughout the years.
Cons:
Pest control is bad. There are bed bugs, roaches and rats all over the building.
Neighbors and guests sit in front of building with loud music until 4am, every night.
Nothing gets fixed.
Advice to owner:
Come around more.
Stop allowing the bad tenets to run out the good ones.
Control the noise issue that’s been going on for years.

Pros:
Two each there own and friendly, very clean and comfortable 👌access to shopping area, post office and transportation ( bus & trains)by Grand Concourse via 170th st clean area / fast food, supermarkets discount stores...I LOVE IT...
Cons:
The loud music all summer long nightly til 6 a.m. / people hanging out by your windows conversating all the time and lastly very low heat in the winter months ( need a heater) you hear the noise all the way on the 3rd maybe 4th fl. so imagine the 1st or 2nd floors otherwise you'll love it..
Advice to owner:
More heat ,more control of the noisemakers and music until 5,6 7 a.m during late spring, summer months people can't sleep too LOUD AND ANNOYING WE NEED TO PUT A STOP TO IT IMMEDIATELY IT'S SICKENING....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEE.
