Good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very close to the subway. Laundry is 1.5 blocks away. Close to bars, restaurants and groceries. Have a backyard and basement if you live on the 1st floor. Mails and packages are rarely stolen. Overall a safe and nice neighborhood.
Cons:
Can be noisy during the summer due to parties, otherwise pretty quiet. Gas is expensive during the winter.
Advice to owner:
Clean up the basement and backyard
