-Good subway access, nice neighbors, responsive management and no pests

Cons

-Electric bill is insane since all utilities (heat, ac, hot water) are electric

Great building to live

Pros

Nice/friendly neighbors. Low noise level - hardly hear your neighbors unless you’re in the hallway. Regularly clean the hallway and maintain the garbage area. The landlord is responsive and repair things fairly quickly.

Cons

Random people sneak into the building and steal packages often.
