Buyer beware.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, common spaces kept clean, dog friendly, plenty nice tenants.
Cons:
Far from trains. Consistent package theft by tenants and covered up by super/porter by not allowing access to security camera footage. Second floor tenant plays music so loud it can be heard and felt from 6th floor. Tenants let off fireworks, smoke and sell weed 24/7. It’s a co/op building so each unit is owner occupied or has tenants each with a different landlord. Lots of shady business and intimidation going on here.
