It could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
If you’re willing to deal with repairs and garbage yourself, this place is heaven!
Cons:
Expensive...owner takes over a year to repair anything...there is a lack of security due to the front doors never sufficiently locking and a broken stair railing.
Advice to owner:
Fix the front door and broken hand rail on the stairs. Paint the hallways an attractive color. Kill the bugs.
