Solid building in midtown east
Pros
Beautiful view. Nice staff. Not too big. small number of units per floor. didn't have any pest issues in unit but the trash hallway on the ground floor has roaches. Has package room. Small pocket gym that gets the job done. Very convenient location
Cons
Lived there during a year-long constant facade maintenance meaning insanely loud drilling during all working hours -- recommend for people who work in the office. I think it's every few years. Very drafty/poor insulation. Gets extremely dry in the wintertime.

I really like the staff, nice layouts, everything works, good value and location
Cons
Water pressure not great, building has scaffolding up that has been taking forever to come down. Some small maintenance issues like a cracked piece of marble that is duct taped near the elevator that just needs fixing. But overall it's fine.
