Good place to live

Pros:
On the whole not very many complaints for this building. Very clean, management has generally been very responsive (except for a few occasions), appliances are new and luxury. Overall a very well-maintained building.
Cons:
Hallway noise was very easily audible from my unit. Sadly also, I think this apartment has a bit of a theft issue. I have had two occasions where either my groceries or another package was stolen. In one instance it was a DoorDasher caught on camera stealing something from the downstairs lobby. This probably isn’t a problem unique to this building, but it would be nice for future tenants if management could do something about thefts.

Took a while to fix hot water heater

Great Building - Up and Coming Neighborhood

Pros:
Management is responsive, clean building, trash is maintained so it never builds up. Neighbors are quiet for the most part. Roof deck. 7 minute walk to subway. Laundry room is well maintained. Nice bathrooms. New building that was done well.
Cons:
You can hear hallway talking through the door. The doors are not sound proof. The neighborhood is beginning to be gentrified. I have had a couple of roaches but I make sure I do the dishes so haven't see roaches in a long time.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good maintenance and responsiveness. Would like to get doors that are more sound barriers that current doors.
