No pest but loud and not charming
Pros
Never saw a roach or any rodents, decent space, nice layout, good location, responsive super.
Cons
-Second elevator always covered like someone was moving out everyday which is not true, often on repair too, bad smell in the elevator. Really loud because of the high traffic and tunnel exit. -4 washing machine & 4 drying machine for around 80 apartments, not enough at all, extremely expensive 8$ to wash and dry every time, machines are small, almost more interesting to do a wash and fold at the laundromat nearby. -No move in inspection, but a strict move out inspection with inflated fees.
Advice to the owners
Work to do on the second elevator, even if it's a service elevator some use it everyday. Find a solution for the laundry issue.

Building in general is fairly clean and well maintained. Super is nice and responsive.
Cons
SO. MANY. MICE. My apartment has been infested since move in with no true resolution and end in sight. Saw the building pest control man ONCE. We got 3 on our own and have seen more. They put band aides on larges wounds.
Advice to the owners
Renovate the apartments and fix the mice problem.
