Perfect Building, convenient location

Pros

Very clean, responsive management, respectful long term neighbors

Cons

No elevator, laundry, or dishwasher. Barebones but everything it does have works perfectly

Great Building, great owner

Pros

Old pre war building, well maintained, clean. I’ve been living here more than 10 years and I appreciate when the owner came to me with the offer of lowering my rent.
